Incorrect wheel Balancing and alignment can result in excessive or uneven tyre wear, compromised handling, reduced directional stability and increased fuel consumption. Alignment should be checked every 5000km or when abnormal wear patterns appear on the tyre.

3D ALIGNER

3D cameras are used along with measuring targets, mounted on all four wheels. This ensures accurate and precision alignment of the wheels.
The vehicle is placed on a pit or mounted on an electrohydraulic scissor lift to facilitate easy adjustments by MRF trained mechanics.
